1. General Infromation
Oliver & Quill Bakery provides fresh made baked goods, per Cottage Bakery Law, for local pickup and select farmers market pickup only. By using this website, you confirm you are at least 18 years of age.
2. Orders & Payment
All orders must be placed through website or at one of our market stalls. Payments are required at time of purchase unless otherwise specified. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our descretion, including, but not limited to pricing errors, product availability, etc.
3. Allergies & Dietary Information
Due to Oliver & Quill Bakery being a home bakery, our products may come in contact or contain common allergens, including but not limited to wheat, dairy, eggs, nuts, and soy. While we take precautions, we cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment. Customers with food allergies or sensitivities assume full responsibility when purchasing and/or consuming our products.
4. Missed Pickup
Orders not picked up at the scheduled time may be forfeited without refund as your items have already been baked fresh for you.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, images, branding, and logos, is the property of Oliver & Quill Bakery and may not be used, reproduced, or distributed without prior written consent.
6. Refunds & Cancellations
Due to the made-to-order nature of our baked goods, all sales are final. Please see our Fine Print Chapter( refund & return policy) page for more details.
7. Limitation of Liability
Oliver & Quill Bakery shall not be held liable for any damages or issues arising from the use or consumption of our products, except as required by law. By purchasing from us, you acknowledge the inherent risks associated with food consumption.
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to website.
