Refunds and Returns
At Oliver and Quill Bakery, each order is thoughtfully prepared in small batches. Beacause of this, we kindly ask that you review the following:

Orders canceled 72+ hours in advance may recieve a full refund.

Orders canceled within 24-72 hours may be elegible for partial refund.

Orders canceled within 24 hours of pick-up are non-refundable.
Missed pickups and last minute cancellations cannot be refunded, as you items have already been baked fresh just for you.
If something isn't quite right, please reach out within 24 hours with a photo so we can make it right!
